CloudOTP Terms of Service

1. Accept Terms

By downloading, installing, or using CloudOTP, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this App.

2. Description of the service

CloudOTP is a two-factor authentication application designed to help users secure their online accounts. Through this application, users can generate and manage one-time password (OTP) tokens on local devices and choose to back up encrypted data to supported cloud services.

3. User Responsibilities

• Account Security: You are solely responsible for all tokens and information generated and stored using the Application. You should ensure the security of your device and take reasonable measures to protect your gesture password, database password and cloud service account.
• Lawful Use: You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Use of the App for any illegal activity, including but not limited to unauthorized access, hacking, fraud or any form of malicious activity is prohibited.
• Data Backup:While CloudOTP offers a variety of cloud backup options, you are ultimately responsible for the security and integrity of your backed up data. Make sure the cloud service provider you choose has adequate security measures in place.

4. Intellectual Property

All right, title and interest in and to the Application and all content thereof (including but not limited to software, graphics, user interface design, etc.) are owned by CloudOTP. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or resell any part of the App without our written consent.

5. Privacy Policy

Your use of this application is governed by the CloudOTP Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy details how we collect, use, store and protect your information. By using this app, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer

• Availability of Features and Services: CloudOTP is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that the App will be free from errors, interruptions, or data loss, or that it will meet your specific needs.
• Data Security: Although we have taken reasonable technical measures to protect the security of your data, we are not responsible for any data leakage, loss or damage caused by your choice of cloud service provider or other external factors. Responsible for damage.
• Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, CloudOTP and its developers and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or loss arising out of your use or inability to use this application. We are not liable for punitive damages (including data loss, business interruption, economic loss, etc.).

7. Change and termination of services

• Service Changes: We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the App, or any part thereof, at any time without notice. We accept no liability for any loss resulting from these changes.
• Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your use of the App at any time if you violate these Terms. Additionally, you may terminate your agreement under these Terms at any time by deleting the App.

8. Applicable Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes related to these Terms shall be submitted to the court with jurisdiction in your location for adjudication.
